Every account starts on the free trial: 25 territories, 50 locations and the full decision trace, with no card and no countdown. Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly, and you can cancel from the settings screen.
Straight answers
- Are collaborators charged per seat?
- No. Charging per seat pushes teams to share logins and keeps the people who understand the territories out of the tool. You pay for the size of the network, and everybody who needs an account gets one.
- Is there a cap on how many addresses I can resolve?
- No monthly cap on any plan. There is a limit on decisions a second, which protects the service rather than the invoice: going over it returns a rate-limit response you can retry, not a charge.
- What happens when I go over a limit?
- You are told before you get there, and nothing is deleted. Over-limit behaviour is visible in the app, and nothing silently stops resolving without you knowing.
- Do I pay while I am setting up?
- No. Importing locations, drawing territories, writing rules and running simulations all happen on the free trial, and there is no card field in signup. You pay when you decide to.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, both ways, from the settings screen. Moving up takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
- What if my network does not fit any of these?
- Then say so. The plans above are what we can sell without a conversation, not the only shapes that exist, and a network of a few thousand territories is a conversation about migration before it is one about a price.
